Encourage and enforce design best practices across the development team. 4. Design Strategy Define and implement design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs. Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering and testing teams to establish long term product strategies. Leverage data and research insights to inform design decisions and measure success. Quick study, should be able to grasp the concepts and find basic solutions and convert them into an interactive prototype for the development team to use. 5. Design Systems & Branding Develop, maintain, and curate scalable design systems. Create and update branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints. 6. Advocacy & Communication Advocate for the value of design across the organization, including with senior management. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align design goals with broader product strategies. Qualifications 1. Education A degree in UX Design (B.des or M.des), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent field of study. Certificate courses in UX design (minimum 6 months) or equivalent industry experience. 2. Previous Experience 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on the entire UCD process from research to testing. SaaS platform design experience is highly preferred. 3. Tools Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Familiarity with collaborative platforms like Miro for sketching and ideation. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proven track record of delivering industry standard products. Experience conducting quantitative user research and usability testing using online tools. Proficiency in creating and managing design systems. Strong background in product design, especially for scalable solutions. Good to Have Ability to discuss and present design concepts through collaborative platforms like Miro or Figma. Competence in conducting secondary research and presenting findings in clear, concise presentations. Qualification : A degree in UX Design (B.des or M.des), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent field of study.
