Senior Visual Designer Creative Lead for Brand & Motion Design Location: Cochin Experience Required: 10+ years in professional visual design Job Purpose We are seeking a visionary Senior Visual Designer to lead visual storytelling across digital, motion, and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Visual & Brand Design Excellence: Develop cohesive design systems across branding, campaigns, and internal communication. Apply advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition. Motion Graphics & Video: Create dynamic motion graphics, explainer videos, and animations using tools like Adobe After Effects and Lottie. Stay aligned with modern motion design trends. AI & Emerging Design Tools: Enhance storytelling and efficiency using tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, and other AI-driven platforms. Cross-Platform Adaptability: Tailor designs for web, mobile, and social media, ensuring platform-specific best practices and accessibility standards are met. Mentorship & Creative Collaboration: Guide junior designers, share design feedback, and collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to maintain creative alignment. Print & Physical Media: Design and deliver high-quality print assets such as brochures, posters, event branding, and flyers. Prepare production-ready files with full understanding of printing techniques and finishes. Requirements & Additional Information Portfolio Required: Applicants must submit a current portfolio demonstrating a diverse body of work across digital, motion, and print. Product Designer About the Role Our Design Studio is looking for a Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders, solving complex problems and creating innovative design solutions that provide exceptional user experiences for millions of users. You ll be at the heart of designing products that are impactful, user-centered, and scalable. What You Will Do Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand the product vision and features. Conduct user research to understand behaviors, pain points, attitudes, and expectations. Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for products or features. Articulate the rationale for design decisions to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Iterate rapidly, presenting multiple solutions to meet user needs and business goals. Collaborate closely with UI engineers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented. Stay informed about the product market and competitors, ensuring designs are relevant and competitive.
