Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2 4 Years Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to craft stunning, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into intuitive interaction flows and visually appealing, functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new user-facing features with a focus on usability and aesthetics Create responsive and adaptive UI designs for various devices and platforms Build reusable UI components and libraries for future scalability Ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of UI/UX designs Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness Validate user inputs before submission to back-end services Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions Mentor and coach junior designers, promoting design best practices Must-Have Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Adobe Photoshop, jQuery, and Bootstrap 4 Strong conceptual understanding of UI design principles and the overall design process Experience with CSS pre-processors like LESS and SASS Up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends, technologies, and techniques Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong eye for aesthetics, including layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography Proficient in cross-browser compatibility and debugging web interfaces Good-to-Have Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience working in a results-driven, collaborative environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with Angular, React, and Material UI frameworks Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
