UI/UX Designer Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-2 Years About the Role We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our design team in Mumbai. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive interfaces. You will play a key role in designing user-centric solutions that provide exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and create UI elements, layouts, and interactions for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user interfaces. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to ensure design solutions meet user expectations. Ensure consistency in design patterns, visual elements, and branding across all projects. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Familiarity with user research methods, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic knowledge). Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions. A portfolio showcasing your design work and process. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android). Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture principles.
