Technical Skills: Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and best practices for maintaining a healthy CI/CD pipeline. Deep knowledge of cloud security standards and the ability to implement effective guardrails. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and lead teams in resolving complex production issues. Skilled in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure minimal downtime. Soft Skills: High degree of self-motivation and adaptability. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex cloud concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
