What You Will Do Define visual guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent design language across the product ecosystem. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to build solutions that solve user and business problems. Transform ideas into production-ready solutions through high-quality design artifacts, from concept to implementation. Contribute to the Design System by creating motion design assets and principles. Work closely with developers to implement envisioned ideas seamlessly into products. Develop intuitive user experiences and flows to improve engagement and usability across platforms. Lead visual direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with product designs. Create product visual assets, including merchandising illustrations, typography, product packaging, animations, storyboarding, and more. What You Will Need Minimum 3 years of experience in motion design, particularly in creating product/UI animations. A portfolio that demonstrates your best work in UI, illustrations, and animations. Creative thinking and attention to detail in every aspect of design. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar animation tools. Experience with Lottie JSON animations is a plus. Deep knowledge of visual and communication design principles, with a strong understanding of e-commerce visual trends. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is not an Art Direction or Graphic Design role.
