Position: Salesforce Tech Lead Experience: 8-15 Years Work Location: Jaipur Job Description: Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements. Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support application builds, including: Custom Objects/ Fields Workflows Approval Processes Apex Triggers Visualforce Pages Other Force.com Features Hands-on experience with Force.com Platform, APEX Data Loader, SFDC (Admin, VSF, APEX, and Lightning). Experience working with Workbench & ANT. Create technical designs for projects as per functional and non-functional requirements in accordance with defined architecture. Act as a conduit between customers (internal/external) and the development team, interfacing with stakeholders and business analysts. Troubleshoot and assist project teams by performing code reviews and resolving technical issues. Well-versed in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, sprint review, and conducting sprint-end demos for stakeholders. Adopt reusability and best architectural, design, and coding practices. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and JAVA. Experience in building Salesforce APIs and Web Service-enabled applications (SOAP and REST). Strong understanding of Salesforce REST, Enterprise, and Metadata API. Salesforce platform certifications (Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2) preferred. Education: B.Tech. (Any Specialization) / M.Tech. (Any Specialization) / MCA / Diploma (A Level / B Level / O Level) Key Skills: Extensive design and development experience in Salesforce (APEX, Lightning). Strong understanding of Salesforce developer toolkit, including: Objects and Fields Relationships Custom Labels Profile Management Field-Level Security Permission Sets Custom Metadata Triggers Platform Events Locker Services REST APIs Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura and web technologies (HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Must have integrated Salesforce with third-party services. Strong understanding of SFDC Platform & best development practices. Experience working with version control tools like SVN, Sourcetree. Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Sublime. Familiarity with writing functional test cases in APEX. Good understanding of Salesforce web services. Qualification : B.Tech.
