Job Title: Corporate Legal Counsel Location: Noida Company: EaseMyTrip.com Experience Required: 2 to 7 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: EaseMyTrip.com is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to manage a variety of corporate legal matters, particularly focused on contract drafting, negotiation, compliance, and intellectual property management. The role involves providing strategic legal support to senior management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced travel-tech environment. Interview Process: HR Round Final Round with Operations Team Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and manage commercial contracts including: Vendor & Service Agreements MOUs, NDAs, LOIs Reseller, Licensing, and Master Services Agreements Negotiation: Lead legal negotiations with internal teams and external attorneys. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable corporate laws and regulations. IPR Management: Collaborate with product teams for patent/trademark identification. Conduct searches and draft filings for trademarks and other IP. Legal Document Administration: Maintain legal templates and records of executed contracts. Legal Research: Support contract creation and legal decisions with solid research. Training: Mentor junior legal staff and conduct internal sessions on compliance and legal awareness. Strategic Counsel: Advise leadership on legal implications of business strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: LLB or LLM (mandatory) Additional certifications in IPR or Corporate Law (preferred) Experience: 2 7 years in a similar legal role, preferably in a global or tech-focused firm Legal Expertise: Strong grasp of contract law, especially US & international contracts Knowledge of corporate compliance and data protection laws Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word (standard & advanced contract features) Experience with legal management tools (preferred) Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong integrity and the ability to handle confidential information Be a part of one of India s fastest-growing travel technology platforms Work on impactful, high-stakes legal matters in a dynamic and innovative environment Opportunity to grow and shape the legal function of a well-established tech company Qualification : A graduate or postgraduate degree in law. The Technical Sales Specialist role at Ericsson offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert-level support and advice within the EPC domain (Evolved Packet Core). In this role, you'll work closely with regional teams and customers to analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposals), providing tailored solutions based on customer requirements. You will also be responsible for knowledge sharing and mentoring team members to help build expertise and competence within the organization. What You Will Do: RFP/Tender Response: Provide quality and timely responses for RFPs/tenders within the given deadlines. Take ownership of the bid response process, ensuring all requirements are met for specific areas. Customer Interaction: Thoroughly understand RFP requirements and initiate clarifications as needed. Collaborate with regional counterparts to discuss the RFP and formulate effective solutions. Solution Ownership: Own the technical solutions for EPC components (e.g., UPF, SMF, AMF, GGSN, EPG, SGSN-MME, WMG, SAPC). Capture and document assumptions and risks while providing technical solutions to customers. Bid Support: Assist Engagement Lead/Solution Manager in the bid acceptance phase, aligning on scope and effort estimation. Product Expertise: Develop expertise in EPC products and actively share knowledge to enhance team competence. Reuse available document repositories efficiently and suggest TCO Optimization (Total Cost of Ownership) aspects to Market Area. Sales Support & Documentation: Provide timely support to the Sales Support team, answering customer queries. Responsible for creating deliverables such as: Network Design and Dimensioning Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Solution Document Statement of Compliance (SoC) Answering technical customer queries What You Will Need to Succeed: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EPC solutions for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G (NSA/SA) networks. Deep knowledge of EPC products and solutions. Preferably, Ericsson EPC product knowledge. Knowledge of dimensioning and product configuration tools is a merit. Familiarity with interfaces/protocols involving MSS, IMS, UDC (e.g., HLR/HSS/CUDB/EIR/UDM/UDR) and call flows would be an added advantage. Understanding of NFVI/Virtualization, Cloud Native concepts, and basic knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus. Experience: 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience in EPC and telecommunication solutions. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or an equivalent field.
