Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in Core Java and Advanced Java design patterns Expertise in advanced Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSP, and Servlets Minimum 1 year of design and development experience with Microservices Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and other Spring modules Good knowledge of Maven, Docker, and SVN Basic understanding of front-end technologies to coordinate with web developers: JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON Strong problem-solving, debugging, and design skills Experience in API design and working in Agile development environments Good to Have Skills: Experience with RESTful web services Exposure to responsive web application development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of e-commerce domain (advantageous) Experience with unit testing frameworks Cloud platform experience Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Architects, Project Managers, and Onsite Leads Work with onsite teams to understand client needs and translate them into clear requirements and functional specifications Apply reusable code design, leverage existing architecture/framework capabilities to develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions Contribute to technical code and design documentation Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards Provide production support and triage issues promptly
