Role Purpose: The Network Data Administrator will provide expert technical leadership in architecture planning, design, and day-to-day operations across networking platforms such as routers, switches, load balancers, and WAN accelerators. Acting as a key technical point of contact, you will manage incidents, drive resolutions, and lead continuous improvements to network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, load balancers, Cisco ACI, Cisco Meraki, SDWAN, and wireless technologies. Serve as the primary technical contact for client escalations and major incident management, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Plan and execute IOS updates, hotfixes, and network hardening measures following best practices. Manage network device logs and monitor performance for Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell, and related devices. Conduct capacity planning and provide recommendations for network optimization. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and architectural diagrams. Enforce adherence to quality, security, and governance standards across the network environment. Deliver training and mentorship to L1/L2/L3 teams on new technologies and troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to coordinate issue resolution and change implementations. Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience (6+ years) with networking products such as routers, switches, wireless access points, load balancers, and WAN optimizers. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP stack, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), and switching protocols (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, STP). Experience configuring VLANs, Trunking, VTP, switch port security, IPSEC/GRE tunnels. Skilled in DNS, DHCP, AAA, ISE, SNMP, and router management options. Proficiency with wireless technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus) and load balancing solutions (BIG-IP, Radware, Citrix, Array). Familiarity with WAN optimizers such as Riverbed and Silver Peak. Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are required. Knowledge of Cisco DNA/SDA and firewall technologies is a plus. Leadership & Team Management: Forecast and hire appropriate talent aligned with current and future business needs. Drive onboarding, training, and performance management to build a capable and motivated team. Role Purpose: As the first point of contact for B2B users, the Service Desk Analyst - L1 is responsible for troubleshooting end-user issues in alignment with Wipro s Service Desk objectives, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: User Support & Customer Service: Respond promptly to queries received via calls, portal, emails, and chats. Develop familiarity with clients applications and processes. Understand fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment. Follow standard service desk procedures to accurately log all tickets using the defined tracking tools. Maintain scorecards in line with Statement of Work (SoW) parameters such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and ticket volume. Manage all queries effectively or escalate unresolved issues according to helpdesk policies. MIS & Resolution Log Management: Record incidents, problems, and resolutions systematically in logs. Follow up with users to provide updates and maintain communication. Relay feedback, suggestions, or escalations to appropriate internal teams. Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements. Performance Metrics: Parameter Service Desk Delivery Measure Adherence to TAT, SLA per SoW, minimal escalations, customer satisfaction Parameter Personal Measure Attendance, proper documentation Mandatory Skills: Experience with TIS Service Desk tools and processes.
