Role Purpose: The Network Data Administrator will provide expert technical leadership in architecture planning, design, and day-to-day operations across networking platforms such as routers, switches, load balancers, and WAN accelerators. Acting as a key technical point of contact, you will manage incidents, drive resolutions, and lead continuous improvements to network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, load balancers, Cisco ACI, Cisco Meraki, SDWAN, and wireless technologies. Serve as the primary technical contact for client escalations and major incident management, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Plan and execute IOS updates, hotfixes, and network hardening measures following best practices. Manage network device logs and monitor performance for Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell, and related devices. Conduct capacity planning and provide recommendations for network optimization. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and architectural diagrams. Enforce adherence to quality, security, and governance standards across the network environment. Deliver training and mentorship to L1/L2/L3 teams on new technologies and troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to coordinate issue resolution and change implementations. Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience (6+ years) with networking products such as routers, switches, wireless access points, load balancers, and WAN optimizers. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP stack, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), and switching protocols (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, STP). Experience configuring VLANs, Trunking, VTP, switch port security, IPSEC/GRE tunnels. Skilled in DNS, DHCP, AAA, ISE, SNMP, and router management options. Proficiency with wireless technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus) and load balancing solutions (BIG-IP, Radware, Citrix, Array). Familiarity with WAN optimizers such as Riverbed and Silver Peak. Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are required. Knowledge of Cisco DNA/SDA and firewall technologies is a plus. Leadership & Team Management: Forecast and hire appropriate talent aligned with current and future business needs. Role Purpose: The Asset and Configuration Coordinator manages and maintains the Configuration Management System (CMS) and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Acting as an assistant to the Configuration Management Process Manager, this role ensures the integrity and accuracy of configuration data and assets supporting IT services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain detailed records of Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships within the IT infrastructure. Ensure all CIs are correctly registered and documented. Interface with support teams to optimize use and integrity of the CMDB and CMS. Recommend and implement improvements to configuration management processes and tools. Generate reports and analyses related to configuration data as requested. Enforce Configuration Management process disciplines among CI owners. Own the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) process end-to-end. Control and audit all changes to CIs and the CMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Define and enforce naming conventions for CIs. Oversee both software and hardware asset management, working closely with procurement. Conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits of CIs and manage discrepancy resolution. Maintain physical and digital configuration libraries and safeguard CMDB integrity. Additional Configuration Librarian Duties: Supervise receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of CIs. Support functional design and maintenance of the CMDB and libraries. Maintain status information and archival records of configuration items. Notify stakeholders of changes affecting their CIs. Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation control.
