Must-Have Skills and Experience: Java/Spring Boot: 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend system development using Java/Spring Boot. Core & Advanced Java: Expert understanding of Core and Advanced Java programming. Databases: Strong experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). NodeJs & MongoDB: Experience with NodeJs and MongoDB is a plus. Messaging & Stream Processing: Experience working with RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, Kafka. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud services such as AWS. CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment methodologies (Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.). Software Design Principles: Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and frameworks. Linux Proficiency: Proficient in working within a Linux environment.
