Job Responsibilities: Manage the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule, execute, and track project progress. Prepare and present regular updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Delegate tasks effectively across teams and monitor performance and deliverables. Identify potential project risks and opportunities; proactively suggest mitigation strategies. Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, project profitability, and overall efficiency. Organize and lead stakeholder and project team meetings, capturing minutes and follow-ups. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
