Requirements & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design and digital marketing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot). Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. Enthusiastic about learning and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
