Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Inspection Operate Flexi Test Machines and generate G-codes for parts. Inspect parts for burn marks and conduct further analysis as needed. Etching & Burn Analysis Perform etching processes to detect burn marks on components. Metallurgical Testing Conduct metallurgical tests on incoming materials in line with inspection plans and group standards. Chemical Testing Execute chemical testing for incoming materials following defined procedures and standards. Production Support Support production by verifying laser marking depth and assisting with internal complaints and customer complaint investigations. Participate in field failure part analysis related to metallurgical issues. Equipment Verification & Calibration Perform daily plausibility tests for hardness testers and spectrometers. Coordinate and maintain records of calibration activities. Continuous Improvement & Training Take part in improvement projects and training programs to enhance processes and skills. Qualifications Education: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Materials Science preferred) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality testing role in the manufacturing or automotive industry. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear and effective communication skills.
