Role Overview: We are looking for a SOA/Integration Software Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and developing integration solutions using Tibco technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of integration technologies, best practices, and the ability to optimize and deliver high-quality solutions in both agile and waterfall environments. Core Competencies & Required Skills: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration Software Engineer with proven design and development credentials using Tibco. Expertise in Tibco products (EMS 7.x/8.x, BW 5.x/6.x, Active Spaces, APIX, Adapters/SDK). Strong skills in application/internet gateways, core Java programming, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, encryption standards, microservices, and security. Proficiency in defining Common Data Models (CDM) and TMF models. Technical Competence: Deep understanding of integration technology, standards, and best practices. Expertise in all aspects of software engineering, from solution design to development. Experience with high-complexity solution design and implementation for each release. Ability to critically review and optimize project team deliveries. Versatility in working with both agile and waterfall SDLC models. Strong grasp of integration design patterns, development, and last-line support for critical production issues. Identifying and resolving inefficiencies through automation or process improvements.
