Role Overview: As an Associate in Logistics Operations, you ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our live delivery operations. Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, you will manage real-time driver activity, optimize routes, and provide essential support to our drivers, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What You ll Do: 1. Operations & Route Management: Oversee live delivery operations to ensure routes are executed smoothly and orders are completed on time. Provide real-time support to drivers via chat, calls, or internal platforms. Optimize route plans for maximum efficiency and minimal delays. Proactively resolve any on-route issues such as delays, misrouted deliveries, or driver emergencies. 2. Driver Support & Performance: Address inbound driver queries related to payments, schedules, feedback, and general support.
