Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CCNP, or ISTQB Advanced Test Manager. Industry Context: Prior experience with NMS/EMS products (e.g., Calix AXOS, Cisco Prime) or OSS/BSS systems is a major plus.
