The engineer will participate in design discussions, analyze system requirements, sustain software interfaces, and develop tools to support emerging technologies. Key responsibilities include integrating new features from Android, Windows, XR, and Automotive platforms into automation tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tool Development: Create and optimize automation test tools for multiple platforms (Android, Windows, XR, Auto, MDM). Design and develop software interfaces for Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms. 2. Feature Integration: Monitor upcoming API and feature changes in Android and other platforms. Incorporate updates into automation tools to maintain compatibility with new technologies. 3. Problem-Solving & Risk Analysis: Identify end-to-end use cases and risks for integrating new technologies. Address software impacts and incorporate improvements into the tools. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Required: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience. Master s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience. Experience: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and Android programming. Solid understanding of Data Structures and their applications. Proven experience in software test engineering and automation tools development. Familiarity with Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools. Other Skills: Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective planning, time management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Insight into Android/Windows platforms and their architectures. Experience working in large organizations. Familiarity with XR, VR, and Automotive platforms.
