Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. What You Bring to the Table: Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in information security, with a strong focus on web security, application security, and compliance. Proven track record in leading security teams and managing enterprise security programs. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, authentication protocols, and penetration testing tools. Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps methodologies. Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, CIS Controls). Hands-on expertise in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security architecture design. Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent industry-recognized security certifications. Soft Skills & Leadership: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to influence and drive security initiatives across multiple teams.
