Job Title: AI Engineer As an AI Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions within our organization. You ll play a pivotal role in driving AI initiatives, collaborating across teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery in line with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the company s AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, guiding them in designing and implementing innovative AI solutions. Research & Innovation: Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI research and incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Linux and experience with programming languages such as Python, C, or C++. AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with leading AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. Data Science Knowledge: Solid understanding of data science, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. What You ll Be Doing: Linux System Mastery: Administer and manage Linux systems (RHEL/Ubuntu), using your shell scripting expertise to ensure optimal performance and smooth system operations. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Tackle complex Linux system issues and optimize both hardware and software performance, ensuring seamless and reliable system functionality. SDK Module Management: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot SDK modules/libraries, compile and debug open-source projects, and contribute to successful deployments. HPC Cluster Management: Maintain and optimize HPC clusters to ensure efficiency, stability, and scalability, meeting the demands of high-performance computing solutions. Storage & File System Optimization: Manage and optimize storage configurations and file systems, ensuring that our HPC environments perform at their peak. Collaborative Solution Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy tailored HPC solutions that address client and business needs, delivering top-notch performance. What We re Looking for: Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Linux administration and networking within medium-to-large scale environments. Technical Expertise: Expertise in Shell Scripting and Python to automate systems and optimize performance. HPC & Red Hat Experience: Experience in HPC cluster management is highly valued. If you ve worked on Red Hat projects, that s a plus! Certification: Red Hat Certification (RHEL) is a plus.
