As a Site Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned project, working closely with the FCO Manager and project teams to ensure seamless administration and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist the FCO Manager and team at the client site with daily operations. Manage office administration tasks such as document filing, scanning, and submission/collection of papers from residents and offices. Handle banking activities including cheque submissions, passbook updates, and statement collection. Process daily receipt entries and track cheque lifecycle (undeposited and post-dated cheques).
