This role involves enhancing existing functionalities and developing new features to meet business needs, ensuring optimal platform performance, and establishing Cencora's Icertis CLM Development Center of Excellence. You will oversee technical design, customization, configuration, and support, while mentoring a team and fostering best practices to shape the organization s overall CLM strategy. Primary Responsibilities Application Architecture & Solution Design Design scalable, efficient, and maintainable Icertis CLM solutions. Align platform architecture with business goals and industry standards. Define technical requirements, oversee integration architecture, and ensure detailed documentation of solutions. Configuration & Customization Lead configurations to meet evolving business requirements. Manage contract templates, clauses, workflows, user roles, permissions, and security settings.
