Testing & Manufacturing: Define and manage testing and inspection requirements for wiring harnesses. Oversee the design and testing of cable harnesses and other electrical interconnections. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes and resolve issues related to wiring harness design. Tool Utilization & Collaboration: Use VeSyS2.0 and AutoCAD for designing wiring harnesses. Leverage tools such as MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) to support design documentation, presentations, and analysis. Work with multidisciplinary teams, including Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, and Systems Engineering teams, to ensure the integration and alignment of designs. Process & Project Management: Ensure consistency in the engineering process, practices, and tools across all projects. Organize and approve engineering plans, including those with sub-contractors and partners. Participate in project planning, cost estimations, and project deployment for wiring harness design solutions.
