Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Gandhinagar Experience Required: 4-7 Years Job Responsibilities: Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for each sprint. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring active participation and alignment. Optimize sprint capacity and workload distribution for efficient execution. Foster internal communication and seamless collaboration among teams. Act as the primary liaison between the team and external stakeholders. Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests. Identify, address, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution. Support teams in adopting and implementing process improvements effectively. Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals while maintaining quality standards. Guide development teams toward higher levels of Scrum maturity and agile excellence. Other Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Proficiency in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools. Strong servant leadership skills with a collaborative mindset. In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies, including Definition of Done, User Stories, Velocity, and Burndown Charts. Familiarity with other Agile frameworks like Kanban and XP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of software development processes and lifecycles. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
