System Design & Architecture: Design and build mid-scale systems focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ensure high-quality standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Design automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing to ensure the robustness of new features. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement new functionalities, and validate existing features to maintain high-quality standards. Provide technical expertise in distributed systems and web applications to guide team decisions. Required Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with strong technical decision-making capabilities. 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. 5+ years of SQL database experience, particularly in database-driven applications. In-depth understanding of modern web applications, including both front-end and back-end technologies. Skills & Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system design, performance, and scalability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and achieve shared goals. Additional Assets: ERP Systems Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite SuiteScript, is a plus. Distributed Systems: Experience in building distributed web applications with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
