Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience, OR Equivalent experience in the field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning. Proficiency in using ML tools such as Pytorch and TensorFlow. Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and using OpenAI or Azure Open AI APIs. Strong system development skills with experience in developing both rapid prototypes and complex, architected systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing and deploying conversational models at scale. Familiarity with Responsible AI practices and Privacy Preserving Machine Learning. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
