Perform data analysis using SQL, spreadsheets, and ad hoc methods. Identify alternative solutions when necessary and communicate them effectively to customers. Develop a comprehensive understanding of product architecture, technical components, and functionality. Assist in creating training materials to support product troubleshooting and usage. Establish and document troubleshooting procedures for new product features. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, internal support teams, and other departments. Preferred Skills & Experience 3 6 years of customer support experience for software applications. Proficiency in SQL with 3+ years of experience. Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work in a team environment while achieving aggressive goals. Self-motivated, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills. Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce integrations is a plus. Background in a SaaS environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk and JIRA is advantageous. Role Overview: This is a technical, client-facing role responsible for providing consulting and technical advisory support for the implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions. The goal is to help clients maximize the value of their Adobe Campaign implementation and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The consultant will provide both strategic advice and hands-on technical support throughout the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Consulting: Work with clients to assess requirements and configure Adobe Campaign to meet their business needs, including setting up ETL and data flows. Design and implement customer-specific solutions, ensuring integration with existing infrastructures and mobile platforms. Provide proactive troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and resolution.
