Position: Senior/Lead Engineer Salesforce Experience: 3 7 years Location: Thiruvananthapuram About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Build and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems. Develop and maintain unit tests and test classes to ensure robust, high-quality code. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Business to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Stay current with Salesforce releases and incorporate best practices to optimize platform performance. Required Qualifications & Skills 3 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Proven experience with REST API integration and design. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and software development principles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
