Overview S&P Global Commodity Insights is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to serve as a critical interface between business and technology teams. The role involves digitizing and optimizing business processes for Commodity Insights researchers, analysts, market reporters, and news teams by leveraging next-generation technologies. As a hands-on leader, you will work with Product Owners and Agile teams to create impactful solutions, streamline workflows, and lead initiatives. Success will require a combination of strategic vision, technical acumen, and change management skills to drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver maximum value. The Team The Product Management team drives innovation and develops platforms for Commodity Insights key business lines, including news, pricing, research, and analytics. Agile methodologies underpin their work, with close collaboration across business and technology partners to deliver best-in-class solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as Product Manager for digital workflow services, driving innovation and solving diverse business challenges. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on stakeholder feedback and business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal teams to define product requirements and prioritize features. Optimize workflows by integrating automation, GenAI, and cloud technologies into business operations. Partner with Product Owners and development teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Use data-driven insights to monitor application performance and inform product decisions. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and providing mentorship to support ongoing development. Implement effective change management and communication strategies to drive high adoption rates. Qualifications Must-Have Skills: 7 10 years of product management experience, especially in platform or application delivery using Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and build strong relationships. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with LEAN management methodologies and principles. Familiarity with workflow platforms and automation systems. Qualification : A highly motivated and disciplined team player with7-10 years of product management experience, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile methodology
