Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 7-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing multiple projects in parallel. Experience working on startup products in B2B, B2C, or SaaS domains. At least 3 years of technical program management experience, with a track record of managing projects across cross-functional teams. Strong experience with Agile Scrum methodology and facilitating its adoption across teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead cross-functional teams. Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification is a plus.
