Responsibilities Product & User Analytics Map user journeys to uncover friction in activation, engagement, and retention. Run deep-dive analyses: retention curves, funnel breakdowns, cohort analysis. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses. Create lightweight forecasting models for revenue and payback predictions. Collaborate with PMs to define and track North-Star and supporting metrics. Self-Serve Insights Build and manage Metabase / Looker dashboards for internal teams. Automate reporting for product reviews and roadmap discussions. Maintain clear documentation of metrics, definitions, and data models. Cross-Functional Collaboration Share insights with Growth and CS teams to help drive upsells and prevent churn. Partner with Engineering on event tracking and data QA. Support executive reporting by prepping investor decks and board metrics. Must-Haves 1 2 years in a product analytics, growth analytics, or product ops role. Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with a BI tool (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Power BI). Comfortable turning ambiguous product questions into clear metrics and explanations. Solid understanding of core metrics like DAU/WAU/MAU, retention, LTV, CAC, payback. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly outcome-driven. Nice-to-Haves Experience with SaaS or B2B analytics, especially in chatbots or CX automation. Exposure to Python or R for deep-dive analysis or ML experimentation. Understanding of financial metrics and product-led revenue dashboards.
