Required Skills & Experience Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (DCE / B.E.). 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and claims in highway projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts and billing procedures. Proficiency in measurement and billing software/tools preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
