Key Responsibilities: As a Regional Officer, you will act as the primary point of contact between KC Overseas and our Channel Partners in the region. You ll play a vital role in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional support while driving business growth. Your core responsibilities will include: Channel Partner Management: Visit Channel Partners regularly to address queries and provide necessary assistance. Set and work towards specific targets for student conversions from your assigned region through Channel Partners. Operational Efficiency: Fully understand our business model and SOPs to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with the Regional Manager and Head of Operations to devise strategies for regional growth. Regularly assess Channel Partners operations, identify challenges, and ensure that service quality and speed are maintained. Ensure that the Channel Partners' teams, including counselors, are well-trained and aligned with KC Overseas knowledge and SOPs. Collaboration with Business Units: Coordinate with the Head Office business units to provide Channel Partners with the necessary support. Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in different business units to ensure the partners have the expertise needed to effectively guide students. Regional Marketing Support: Plan and execute marketing activities in coordination with the Regional Manager.
