Position Summary We re seeking a passionate and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech sales, a deep understanding of solution selling, and the ability to drive revenue through new client acquisition and key account management. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with a direct revenue target. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, solution pitching, proposals, negotiations, closures, and onboarding. Own and exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution. Engage medium to large enterprise clients across industries: BFSI, EdTech, E-commerce, Logistics, Utilities, Telecom, Government, Retail Chains, and Aggregators. Develop and deliver customized sales pitches that align with client needs and business challenges. Collaborate with product and technical teams to design tailored fintech solutions. Build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and influencers in enterprise accounts. Lead client experience from the first touchpoint to contract closure and solution implementation. Manage and defend key accounts with exceptional service to maximize upsell and retention opportunities. Key Requirements 2 6 years of proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Payments, Fintech, or Merchant Acquiring companies. Strong consultative selling and solution crafting capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data, build compelling business cases, and negotiate win-win outcomes. Demonstrated ownership mindset, self-motivation, and goal orientation. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proven ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. Experience with sales tools (CRM, pitch decks, analytics) and willingness to innovate. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Prior experience selling digital payment solutions, banking APIs, or embedded finance products. Ability to identify key growth opportunities and take initiatives to close deals quickly. Strong understanding of payments landscape, digital banking, and SaaS product delivery.
