Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sr. Client Relationship Officers to join our Sales team in Varanasi. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting financial products to clients, managing policy documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to policy issuance. Key Responsibilities Deliver detailed financial product presentations to walk-in clients Generate new leads by collecting minimum 5 client references from each interaction and follow up to convert them into walk-ins Verify, collect, and submit client documents required for policy issuance Ensure timely collection and deposit of premium payments with the Venue Manager or Operations Executive Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and service delivery Meet daily targets and support the overall business development efforts at the venue Qualifications & Requirements Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented with a sales mindset Basic understanding of insurance and financial products (preferred but not mandatory) Proactive, persuasive, and target-driven Be a part of one of India s leading insurance broking firms Work in a client-facing role with clear career growth paths Gain hands-on experience in financial consulting and relationship management Opportunity to build your career in insurance sales and advisory services Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
