US IT Recruiter GIFT City, Gandhinagar Experience: 1 to 3 Years Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar Work Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Educational Qualifications B.Tech / B.E / B.C.A followed by M.C.A preferred Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for US clients (Direct, MSP, State, Federal) Specialize in hiring for Banking, Finance, eCommerce, and Retail domains Deep understanding of US Visa types including H1B, GC, USC, TN Handle tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099 Experience in contract, contract-to-hire (CTH), and full-time placements Screen and assess applications based on technical and soft skills Source candidates from portals, databases, references, and Boolean search Conduct initial screening and interview coordination Build long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines Negotiate salary and ensure smooth candidate onboarding Key Skills & Requirements Understanding of IT job functions and US hiring practices Expertise in Boolean search and keyword optimization Experience with Direct/MSP/Federal/State clients or Prime Vendors Knowledge of US tax terms and visa regulations Proficient in ATS platforms: Job Diva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, Recruiterbox, Jobvite Familiar with job portals: Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, TechFetch Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities Qualification : B.Tech / B.E / B.C.A followed by M.C.A preferred
