Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills for various roles within the company. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to ensure a smooth hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies. Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a relevant role with hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of various technical roles and programming skills required in the IT industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
