Linux System Administrator Job Type: Full-Time Location: Nashik Requirements and Skills: Install, configure, and maintain all server hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and high availability. Monitor and manage server performance, taking proactive measures to prevent downtime and resolve potential issues. Technical Support Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in web hosting and Linux servers. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a web hosting company and be capable of resolving technical issues with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support via chat and email, addressing and resolving client issues promptly. Demonstrate technical expertise in managing Linux and Windows environments, including control panels like cPanel and Plesk. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Linux servers, IIS, Apache, emails, MySQL/MSSQL, WHM/WHMCS. Regularly monitor servers to ensure stable service operations and perform necessary maintenance. Offer solutions and guidance for issues related to email configurations, databases (MySQL/MSSQL), Apache, PHP, IMAP/POP3, firewalls, and other server-related concerns. Manage and support cPanel and Plesk control panels effectively. Perform proactive server monitoring and support tasks, ensuring services remain up and running without disruptions. Provide timely and professional customer support, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and accurately. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a web hosting company. Linux Red Hat certification is preferred. Strong proficiency with Linux commands and command-line operations. Hands-on experience with cPanel & Plesk control panels. Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in resolving issues related to email, Apache, PHP, MySQL, firewalls, and server configurations. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work flexibly in a 24/7 shift environment. A strong background working with Linux servers and cPanel.
