Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data, reporting tools, and dashboards. Familiarity with accounting processes such as invoicing and collections. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing diverse internal and external stakeholders. High ownership mentality, bias for action, and ability to thrive in fast-evolving environments. Preferred / Bonus Skills: Experience building an operations function from the ground up. Prior work with engineering colleges or in the education sector. Hands-on knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
