Business Analyst Location: Tiruchirappalli, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ Years About the Role Key Responsibilities End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle of the product, from gathering requirements and creating detailed solution documents to overseeing post-deployment activities and ensuring successful implementations. Requirement Elicitation & Documentation: Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and document them clearly to guide development. Sprint & Backlog Management: Manage sprints, track progress, and maintain product backlogs for efficient project delivery. UX/Wireframing: Work with UX teams using wireframing tools to visualize and document user interface designs. Collaboration with Development Teams: Partner with development teams and the Product Manager to develop effective product solutions and enhance product functionality. Product Documentation: Draft detailed product requirements, create training materials, and develop proposal documentation (RFP/RFI) and support collaterals. Agile Methodology: Participate in the development of Agile User Stories and help enhance the Agile process for better product outcomes. Workflow Documentation: Document and map workflows using Macro Global Tools and other technologies to streamline processes. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Skills in Requirements Gathering: Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements, working with various stakeholders to define business needs. Agile Experience: Strong experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies, including managing sprints and backlogs. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Project Management tools like JIRA. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Product Documentation: Experience drafting product requirements, solution documentation, training materials, and RFP/RFI proposals. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Qualities That Will Help You Stand Out Strong Writing Skills: Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely and translate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Agile Expertise: Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum. Project Delivery Experience: Experience managing and delivering complex technology projects successfully, with a keen eye on delivering high-quality solutions. Data Management & Financial Industry Knowledge (Optional): Enterprise Data Management experience is a plus, and financial industry experience is desirable but not required.
