Delivery Manager - Refinery Projects JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong engineering background and a proven track record in project management within large enterprise-level organizations, preferably in a refinery setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project planning activities, ensuring all projects meet customer requirements and company standards from our remote site location. Job Responsibilities: Lead project planning activities and define delivery objectives, strategies, and plans to meet customer requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Establish and enforce delivery processes and procedures to be followed by the team. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues on site. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management about project status, progress, and issues. Act as the first point of issue resolution for client-raised issues and coordinate solutions through appropriate teams. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage project documentation and implement changes as necessary. Facilitate project meetings and workshops, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortem reviews. Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Represent the business and delivery aspects on site to ensure effective account management and facilitate the horizontal growth of all products. Oversee basic computer operations, maintenance, deployment, and integration related to project delivery. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field. Extensive experience in project management, preferably in a refinery or similar industrial setting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a remote location. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and basic computer operations. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Experience: 3+ year relevant experience in project management, delivery management etc. Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
