Collaborate with Lead Engineers to promote technical growth and balanced skill distribution within the team. Deliver training sessions and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. Ensure long-term code reusability, maintainability, and stability. Enforce compliance with code review processes and quality standards across teams. Drive initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and development approaches. Proactively identify and resolve team challenges and risks. Establish succession plans to ensure continuity and growth within the team. Adopt and promote industry best practices and standards tailored to organizational needs. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.
