Key Responsibilities as a Content Writer Creates enlightening, original, and new content for regularly scheduled postings that promote company-focused messages. Write SEO content, Social Media, Commercial and Technical Pieces related to the industry. Ensure all content is consistent, high-value, original, aligned with our brand, optimized for search and relevant for its targeted audience and distribution path. Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term project targets Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development departments. Requirements for a Content Writer Candidate Graduate degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field Outstanding communication skills and creative writing skills Proficient in English Good understanding of the latest content trends and techniques in accordance with best SEO practices Experience working with content writing and management tools Hands-on experience with MS Office Strategic thinker with hands-on experience. Job Openings: 2 Positions Available Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and its documentation needs. Produce clear, high-quality documentation that meets internal and external standards. Write concise user interface text, online help, and developer guides. Create tutorials and guides for end-users across various applications and use case scenarios. Evaluate and optimize existing content, focusing on reuse and opportunities for single-sourcing. Manage, update, and maintain technical documentation across the organization. Work with product and marketing teams to adapt technical documentation for presentations and promotional use. Provide mentorship and training to other technical writers as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in technical writing for software documentation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them in a simple, understandable way, using text and visuals. Required Skills & Experience: 1-5 years of experience in technical writing. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Agile methodology, and Camtasia. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Confluence is a plus.
