Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting business requirements into technical specifications, designing and developing solutions, and implementing automation workflows. You will work on integrating data visualization tools, managing SharePoint lists, SQL, and other data sources to create impactful PowerApps and Power BI solutions for business processes. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirement Analysis: Convert business requirements into technical specifications, defining timelines and deliverables. Data Integration: Design and manage data structures, relationships, and integrations with SharePoint lists, SQL databases, and other data sources to support PowerApps. Power Platform Solutions: Design, develop, and implement business solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, integrating third-party systems and automating complex workflows. Power BI Dashboards and Reports: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring they align with business goals and provide actionable insights. Application Development: Develop custom applications using PowerApps based on defined data sources, with integrated Power Automate flows for application and data processing support. Project Management: Lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of solutions while meeting business objectives. Testing & Deployment: Design, test, and deploy PowerApps and Power Automate flows, ensuring robust functionality and performance. Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and report generation. Strong expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate for developing custom applications and automating workflows. Experience with integrating third-party systems and creating custom connectors. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively. Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges with innovative solutions.
