We Are Hiring: Service Engineer If you enjoy being on the move, solving technical challenges, and working directly with customers, this role is for you. As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be responsible for providing on-site service, repair, installation, and maintenance of Videojet equipment at customer locations. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, service growth, and business success. Key Responsibilities: Attend breakdown calls to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Manage parts requests and complete service transactions under warranty, CAMP, or chargeable service. Install new equipment and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Promote service contracts and consumables to enhance customer relationships. Deliver product demonstrations and provide training to customers. Maintain accurate service records in Oracle. Identify spare parts requirements and work with customers to generate quotes and purchase orders. Proactively identify potential equipment needs and pass service leads to the sales team. Key Competencies: Ability to work independently while exercising good judgment. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to balance multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities effectively. Analytical thinking for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both customers and internal teams. Proactive mindset to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Qualifications: Diploma/Engineering degree in any technical stream. Minimum of 2 years experience in field service within a technical product environment (Indian or multinational companies preferred).
