IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO: Manage and grow a team of shared services specialists responsible for executing Snowflake s standard operating procedures Provide first line support for Sales & Partner operations workflows (i.e. account/opportunity management and changes, demo account creation, user managed). Implement and maintain standard data quality practices, including regular audits, data cleansing, and data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate our systems and processes across core technologies (SFDC, Workday, D&B, etc.) Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize new requests of the shared services organization based on their impact to the business and ability to standardize Create and maintain key documentation such as SOPs, process flows, data stewards/owners Enable flex capacity to support operations initiatives on an ad hoc basis ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: Minimum 10 years total professional experience with 5+ years working with sales operations, master data management, sales systems, process, and tools Expertise in Salesforce CRM and connected applications (D&B, Workday, SPN) Hands on experience managing case queues, SLA s, and service organizations Experience with master data management, data quality or data governance Experience managing a team supporting a global sales organization Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with Sales and Sales leadership Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple functional groups Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, sales operations, marketing, customer support, professional services Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus Snowflake is growing fast, and we re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
