Skills and Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in billing operations, preferably in SaaS companies. Hands-on experience with billing processes and consumption/usage-based billing models. Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or other billing platforms. Experience in implementing or transitioning billing systems and tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent projects efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
