Key Responsibilities Develop and design database solutions: Define the database physical structure and functional capabilities, ensuring they align with system requirements and security protocols. Database performance management: Configure and manage AWS RDS services, monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective action as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues: Act quickly to resolve database outages, errors, or performance issues, including providing after-hours and weekend support when necessary. Learning and adopting new technologies: Stay up to date with database technologies, including MySQL, Postgres, and NoSQL databases, and apply knowledge to improve solutions across the platform. What You ll Bring At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a DBA, with strong expertise in database administration, including backup management, performance monitoring, and tuning. Experience with MySQL and/or Postgres: Strong command over these relational databases, including managing stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and optimizing SQL queries for performance. AWS RDS experience: Proficiency in configuring and managing AWS RDS services, with an understanding of cloud-based database management. Strong knowledge of database design: Excellent understanding of data modeling and database schema design, with hands-on expertise in optimizing DB architecture for scalability and performance. Proven expertise in database tuning and performance optimization: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize database performance for high-volume transactional systems. Your Role and Responsibilities: As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for: Analytical problem-solving within SAP environments, working with a range of systems and modules. SAP ABAP programming, including working on Module pool, interfaces, Adobe forms, and BADI. Developing and maintaining solutions to enhance SAP-based business processes. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing ABAP code. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between development and functional requirements. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or M.C.A. Minimum 5-7 years of extensive prior experience in SAP ABAP programming. Strong experience in Module pool programming, interfaces, Adobe forms, and BADI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: Basic knowledge of functional modules like FI/CO, SD, MM. Basic knowledge of other functional modules like PP/QM, PM, HR, etc. Ability to adapt and learn new SAP functionalities or modules quickly. Job Responsibilities Generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers. Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Maintain customer databases and ensure all records are updated regularly. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment. Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding delivery schedules. Maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and sales reports. Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Facilitate communication between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure alignment on customer requirements and project timelines. Collaborate with marketing to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, distributors, and partners, to support sales initiatives. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales support, or administrative roles, preferably in the advertising/ marketing industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
