The candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, with at least 4 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various HCM modules, including Payroll, Data Integration, and Reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Projects: Oversee and lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Manage functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Prepare Functional Design and specifications to meet business requirements. 2. HCM Module Expertise: Strong understanding of core Oracle Fusion HCM modules (including Payroll, Master Data, and Data Upload). Implement and configure solutions for Custom Role Creation, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and DFF/Flex Field configurations. 3. Data Integration & Extracts: Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Extracts for data extraction and processing.
